My trainer is a person who can listen and adjust training session to client’s needs and capabilities. He can motivate to greater effort and supervise at the same time. I have been exercising with Mypersonaltrainer for more than ten months. I am happy about the results! They know what they are doing and can choose exercises suitable for people who have health problems (In my case these are spinal column problems).
